Wallaby Creek Chardonnay Case of 6 x 75cl

The bouquet displays distinct peach and cashew nut characteristics, enhanced by vanilla from the delicate use of French oak. The palate is medium-bodied while rich and complex, and shows an attractive peach and melon-like finish. The taste is dry with clean, fresh acidity and hints of fruit.

Components of this wine receive extended maturation on yeast lees and malolactic fermentation prior to final blending. It possesses French oak complexity, soft tannins and crisp acidity on the finish, typical of cold climate wines.
