About the BrandBombay Sapphire are committed to high quality raw ingredients. They use up to 12 precious botanicals suspended above the spirit in perforated copper baskets during distillation, in this way, as the heated spirit vapours rise, they’re gently infused with all the rich aromatic flavours the botanicals release. Some gins boil their botanicals directly in the spirit to achieve their flavour, but the wonderfully distinctive taste of Bombay Sapphire gins are created using the Vapour Infusion process. Heritage is also taken seriously at Bombay Sapphire, they still use their original Carterhead stills – Tom and Mary – from the 1830s, but have now added two state-of-the-art 12,000 litre copper pot-stills – Henry and Victoria – to the refurbished original stills. We hold Tom, Mary, Henry and Victoria in the highest esteem!

Star of Bombay is a higher-strength, super-premium variant of Bombay Sapphire. The classic notes of juniper, angelica and coriander have been intensified, with the addition of bergamot and ambrette seeds offering extra exoticness. It’s an intense gin yet somehow retains the lightness expected of a Bombay distilled spirit. At 47.5% ABV, the finish is both long and richly aromatic.
