Pretty in pink, this small-batch maximum flavour, artisan gin is hand-steeped in fresh raspberries. Surely this makes it almost one of your five a day? Pinkster is a premium gin, elegantly presented in this minimal style bottle and it doesn’t just look great. Pinkster Gin is deliciously dry, with a hint of fruit and an exceptionally smooth finish - making it ideal for a refreshingly different gin & tonic. Perfect for long summer evenings with its delicate flavour and glorious pink hue.
"Minimal bottle. Maximum flavour. Artisan gin with raspberries. Yum." The Observer
Pinkster’s Zest Is Best
If you like your cocktails delivered with a zing, then this fruity number could be just the ticket; 50ml Pinkster Gin, pink grapefruit zest, 1tsp caster sugar & a pink grapefruit wedge (squeezed). Create in a short tumbler with ½ the gin and squeeze grapefruit wedge in glass before discarding. Stir initially with three ice cubes until caster sugar has dissolved, then add second measure of gin and stir. Garnish with grapefruit zest.
About the BrandIt all came about when founder Stephen realised wine and beer no longer agreed with him. A keen maker of sloe liqueurs and other concoctions, he turned his attention to spirits and started experimenting at home. Raspberry being the fruit of choice, Pinkster recruited G&J Distillers to produce the core spirit. All the raspberries are sourced locally to Stephen's home in Cambridge, and then recycled as 'Boozy Berries' once finished with. Ironically, being told to quit wine was the best advice he's ever received!
