Mombasa Colonel's Reserve Gin
This premium award-winning gin was inspired by the eponymous private social club on the Kenyan coast, opposite the island of Zanzibar, which, in the 19th century, imported a gin from England for consumption by its members. Quadruple-distilled using botanicals including caraway seeds, cumin and coriander seeds, this is an intense, floral and spicy gin.
This was the only gin to be awarded a double gold medal at the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles 2015.
About the BrandA well-presented gin named after a 19th century private social club in Kenya that imported English gin for its members. The botanicals used include caraway, cumin and coriander. This is a special limited edition that honours and pays homage to those distinguished British officials who led the Victorian Empire at the end of the 19th century to its most glorious period.
|Allergy Advice||No Allergen|
Concentrated experience of the English burning masters, ingredients of highest quality like creeping junipers, coriander, caraway or cloves, and the particularly cautious "Small batch" distillation to an absolutely pure gin of the extra class join together. Its flavour spectrum reflects the whole frequency range of the exotic ingredients. Well balanced with tastily sweetish citrus and anise notes and botanical notes already noticeable in the nose. A revelation for gin enthusiast.
