Meursault Cuvee Charles Maxime Latour Giraud 2011/12
This fantastic Meursault is very appealing on the nose, with whisky barrel hints and plenty of nutty richness and creamy, ripe melon fruit. On the palate it is fairly full and fruit-driven with a nice creamy texture.

About the BrandBoth the Latours and the Girauds have a long family history in Burgundy and everything about the domaine speaks of unpretentious, authentic winemaking. The house style is classic Meursault: ripe and full but finely balanced too with that peculiarly French word, nervosité.
