About the BrandGrant Burge wines was formed in 1988 by Grant and his wife, Helen, and is based in the historic Moorooroo Cellars, on the banks of Jacobs Creek, in the heart of the barossa Valley, 80 kms north of Adelaide. Grant's wine heritage traces back 150 years to his great-great-grandfather, John Burge, who emigrated from England to the area, and has continued down through five Burge generations. The fruit was harvested from growers in the Barossa, and the remainder from respected premium growers in South Australia's Riverland.
