Egg-cellent Easter Cocktails!
The Easter Bunny is on it’s way, and so is the Easter four day weekend! It’s a time for relaxing with friends and family, so sit back and enjoy these fruity delights - Drinks21 style!
1/3 cup Champagne (we recommend Moet & Chandon Brut)
1/4 cup pineapple juice
Splash lemon-lime soda (such as 7-Up)
In a flute, add chilled Champagne and pineapple juice. Top the cocktail off with a splash of soda.
50ml Blue Bottle Gin
2 strawberries hulled
1 tsp granulated sugar
1 tsp lime juice
1⁄2 tsp balsamic vinegar
Combine the strawberries, sugar, lime juice, balsamic vinegar and a double shot of Blue Bottle gin, then crush and mix well. Fill the glass half way with crushed ice and stir well… Top up with more crushed ice and serve.
Blood Orange Margarita
25ml shot tequila (we recommend Gran Tequila Centenario Plata)
2 jalapeno slices
3 sprigs cilantro
15ml shot lime juice
San Pellegrino sparkling blood orange
Jalapeno (for serving)
Cilantro (for serving)
Muddle jalapeno slices and cilantro in a cocktail shaker. Then add tequila, lime juice, and ice; shake for about 30 seconds. Serve topped with blood orange, jalapeno and cilantro.
Fig, Honey, Thyme & Prosecco Smash
Prosecco (we recommend Sartori Prosecco)
1 tablespoon fig preserves
1 small, ripe red plum, diced
50ml elderflower liquor
1 Lemon (juiced)
2-4 tablespoons honey
Muddle the ingredients together in a shaker, add ice and shake vigorously. Pour into a tall glass and top with Prosecco, garnish and enjoy!
