Gail Graham
Late 2010, we created the concept of Drinks21 Limited - a premium drinks distributor and direct sales of really great, inspiring drinks brands. Starting out as a graduate in Harrods, Knightsbridge back in 1992, my career then spanned strategy, category management and sales and marketing within large drinks businesses.
Taking me to many places with each year full of new people, challenges and exciting opportunities, my career to date has been very rewarding. However, Drinks21 is a really exciting start-up business with ambitious plans and fantastic opportunities and I am looking forward to developing the business over the coming years.
The partner of a brilliant and successful entrepreneur and a mum to three beautiful girls, outside of work family life is really important to me. I also love to entertain with great food, great wines and great company.
My favourite drink… would have to be a perfectly poured gin and tonic.

Nick Shuttleworth
Joining the Drinks21 team in 2012 as Sales Director, I am hugely excited about the opportunity that exists for us on working on such a fantastic and diverse portfolio of drinks brands.
I have worked in the drinks industry for over 20 years in mainly marketing and sales roles developing domestic and international brands for Allied Domecq, Courage and Carlsberg and I firmly believe we have a great opportunity to create a strong and innovative business for the future.
The experience, dedication and enthusiasm that the team shows is second to none and gives me great pleasure to be apart of this new and exciting business.

Cara Graham
I started my career in finance in London working in banking and then shipping. It was in 1995 that I joined Scottish and Newcastle and entered the world of brewing and the drinks industry. Throughout my time there I had a number of commercial finance roles in various trade sectors and different parts of the business and spent some time working on international sales and marketing projects based in Europe.
It is an exciting opportunity for me to use my broad finance and drinks business knowledge to become part of the Drinks 21 team.
My fascination with the drinks industry has spilled over in to my social life where I’ve enjoyed learning more about wines, spirits and champagnes on tasting courses, with my favourite tipple being anicely chilled glass of champagne, preferably drunk on the deck of a yacht after a hard days sailing.Being located in Ascot has reignited my childhood passion for horses and happiness for me would be riding a beautiful horse through Windsor Deer Park on a balmy summers evening.

Sarah Caswell
Having graduated from the University of Sheffield with a degree in Social Policy and Criminology, I immediately undertook work for Drinks21’s successful logistics sister company Supplychain21. Eighteen months later I was presented with the fantastic opportunity to become the Commercial and Operations Manager for Drinks21. Through my knowledge and skill set I have been able to add value to the business and despite only being with the business a short period of time I have already learnt a great deal being thrown in the deep end.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my friends and family. Like most people I enjoy good company, good food and good drink. Since working for Drinks21 my appreciation for good drink has grown, I have now developed a thirst for the unique and the exciting, so I am always on the look out for the next new taste!
My favourite drink… would have to be a perfectly mixed apple martini.
